At YumeCollections, we prioritize safe and timely delivery. Please read our shipping process carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery is usually within 4–7 working days, subject to courier company norms. In some cases, delivery may take 7–15 working days depending on the delivery location and accessibility. (Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.)

Remote or Tier 3/4 areas may take longer due to limited logistics access.

If any product is missing from your order or you have received a wrong product from your order list (if the product received differs from what is in your order invoice), please reach out to our support team with an unpacking video within 24 hours of delivery.

Large product orders may be shipped in multiple packages, which might be delivered at different times. Please check your order tracking page for details.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

In case the order is returned to our facility due to non-delivery issues at the customer’s end, any extra freight charges will be charged to the customer.

Courier Partners

Our primary courier is ST Courier for Tamil Nadu and India Post for other states.

If your pin code is not serviceable by ST Courier, we reship using India Post.

India Post shipments follow fixed government routes. We cannot alter or expedite their delivery process.
